Locate the Civil 3D report directory

In Civil 3D, the Reports Manager uses XML stylesheets to format reports. If this style sheet is missing, Civil 3D will generate reports without any formatting.
Within the Toolbox Editor panorama, these style sheets are located in the %ReportDir% directory, but the precise location of this directory is ambiguous.
The default location of this directory is:
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2023\enu\Data
